We applaud the stellar leadership of our sponsors, speakers, and participants who are delivering freight reliably and safely while protecting their employees.

We extend our hope and concern for your well-being during this crisis.

Hats off to all!

Here are some examples of stellar leadership:

Rick Webb

Executive Chairman, The Watco Companies

"We communicate daily with our Team Members using all forms of media. We constantly remind them that their efforts to move freight are helping to supply more sanitizers, surgical masks, and food to those in need.
It has been amazing to watch the Watco Team rise to the occasion during these challenging times. They show up to work every day in the field to ensure our customers’ railcars, trucks, and barges are handled efficiently and safely. Watco is no different than many other transportation and logistics companies that are doing everything possible to keep the Supply Chains moving so we can beat this deadly virus."

Brian Hancock

Executive V.P., Kansas City Southern

"With freight exempted from restrictions, our primary objectives are to protect the health, safety, and welfare of our employees and to maintain the continuity of our business operations with excellent service and operational continuity.
We work daily with CBP and SAT to maintain very fluid border operations. Our emergency response team leads a daily call with all functions of the organization.
While most office employees are working from home, a few critical roles still come in to our National Operating Center. We are operating two dispatch locations in both the US and Mexico to prevent mass exposure in our critical operating roles.”

Doug Waggoner

Chairman & CEO, Echo Global Logistics

2017-2019 - the #1 3PL Provider

"Millennials form the majority of Echo’s workforce. They thrive on teamwork, communication, and community volunteerism. While the volunteerism efforts have been temporarily postponed, our business continues to increase. Most employees are working from home moving a lot of freight without missing a beat.
In the office, we use Workplace (by Facebook) extensively as a tool for internal communications and sharing. We have various groups and channels for topic-specific communications. This allows us to host live video town hall meetings. Using Workplace from home continues to be invaluable during this crisis. Morale is good. Times like these create a certain esprit de corps."
